Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible on production order conformation, closing and perform MIGO transaction (re-issue, return and reject) in SAP and well-kept data records(LDC & SSG) for traceability in system.
- To assist Production Supervisor for following up quality issues, customer complaints and investigation.
- To cross-train with L2M Production Admin for supporting production order confirmation and closing and perform MIGO transaction (re-issue, return and reject) in SAP.
- Ensure all production tickets and documentation are efficiently managed.
- To train the QC with guidance for following up non-compliance ticket via email.
- Identify the area of cost reduction and improvements.
- Manage the training and development for New Production admin.
- Any other job as assigned by immediate superior whenever necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative work
- Good knowledge of SAP system - ERP, EWM
- Understanding of ISO and Good Manufacturing Practice
