Responsibilities and Duties:
-Attending customer enquiries, order, appointment via email, phone, walk in.
-Acting as front-liners giving excellent customer service at all times.
-Managing orders and preparing sales quotations and sales orders
timely.
-Liaise with customers and internal production, warehouse; follow through shipment discrepancy.
-Follow up with customers for late payments.
-Handle all processing and administrative tasks when necessary.
-Coordination, monitor and troubleshooting assistance for clients order,account statuses and other relevant problems.
-Other ad-hoc tasks.
