Responsibilities
- Manager and lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure achievement of targeted loan objectives, focusing on Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, and Land & Construction loans.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation to RMs to help them reach their individual targets.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department (HOD) to conduct market surveys and develop strategies for product and pricing policies aimed at expanding the loan portfolio.
- Evaluate loan proposals and provide recommendations to relevant approval authorities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, with a focus on loans.
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong network in Singapore’s financial market.
- In-depth knowledge of loan products such as Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, Land & Construction, and Hire Purchase is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
