Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes within the speciality section
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Assisting with the management of health, safety and food hygiene practices
- Monitoring portion and waste control
