We are in search of a Concierge/ Customer Experience Officer who can embody the values that ÁTIPICO believes in.
Responsibilities
Deliver efficient and effective service that is aligned with ATIPICO’s standards.
Take and manage reservations according to the customers’ requests.
Assist in managing orders from customers via email, Instagram, WhatsApp and telephone.
Receive, greet and welcome customers with a warm and welcoming manner.
Providing impeccable service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for walk-in customers.
Provide efficient queue management and crowd control where needed.
Provide customers with accurate wait times, seating them accordingly and providing any additional details or recommendations in regards to the food and beverage menu.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with tact and efficiency.
Promptly addressing and resolving any issues or complaints, professionally.
Always maintains an approachable attitude throughout service.
Checking back on guests’ feedback and make suggestions on how to improve guests’ dining experience.
To assist the service team at any given point, when the necessity arises.
To assist the Restaurant Manager/Management with any ad-hoc duties.
Requirements and skills:
Relevant experience with Sevenrooms interface would be a plus.
Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail is crucial to ensure consistency of service.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
