We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee both bar and front-of-house operations at our esteemed Michelin-starred restaurant. The ideal candidate will be fit, energetic, and capable of managing all aspects of our establishment to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the bar and front of house, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the dining and bar areas to maintain cleanliness and order.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies for the bar and front of house.
- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
