Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via emails, social media platforms, and WhatsApp, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
- Assist and support during courses and events conducted via Zoom sessions.
- Prepare and set up automated emails related to courses and events.
- Prepare and update the Registered Report Calendar after each Zoom session.
- Draft and send out post-event follow-up emails to generate sales.
- Prepare and send out a sales report to the team after each course and event.
- Update various master lists through data entry tasks.
- Assist in graduate photo talking and posting.
- Maintain customer records by updating accounts information.
- Monthly Report, Research and competitors
- Assist in Edit Image in EDM and Posters
- Assist in Manage social media posting
- Good Personality, self- motivated & Independent
- To support any ad-hoc project assigned by management.
5 working days per week, you may require covering weekend events, training or exhibitions with allowance or off-day.

- Must be Computer literate (Microsoft office, PowerPoint, Words and Excel)
- Ability to work well under pressure, hands on and self-starter.
- Able to multi-tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
