Role:
This is a full-time, onsite, Operations Support Officer Role in MOE School. If you are selected,
You will work closely with the HOD, Admin in an MOE school (nearest MRT – Yew Tee) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and workplace
- Providing logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging of furniture and equipment
- Covering duties of other OSOs in their absence
- Locking and unlocking of classrooms/special rooms
- Arming and disarming of school
- Ad-hoc support when required
- Any other duties assigned by school leaders / Operations Manager(s); and
- Assist the administration of security procedures i.e. sign-in / out for visitors.
Job Requirements:
- Applicant should preferably have completed primary school education with some prior experience in cleaning, logistics or simple administrative duties.

Summary:
Contract Period: From 1 Aug 2024 to 31 Dec 2025
Working Days and Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm, inclusive of 1 (one) hr lunch break
- Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 1 (one) hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
