Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising construction workers, distributing tasks, and ensuring efficient time management to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers.
- Assign tasks to workers and ensure they are completed efficiently.
- Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain accurate records of worker attendance, work progress, and material usage.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site.
- Communicate project updates and requirements to workers and management.
- Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and important guidelines.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus..
