- Offer friendly and efficient service to customers
- Provide menu recommendations to customers
- Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
- Perform basic food and drinks preparation (training will be provided)
- Assist with clearing tables and washing up
- Assist with organizing special events
- Escalate customers' feedback to manager
- Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
- May be deployed to work at other outlets/offsite events from time to time
