Position: F&B Business Solutions Executive (POS + Delivery)

Responsibilities:
Understand Wecome POS Business Model and Bulk Mode Delivery Model
Project Implementation:
- Schedule meetings to assess potential clients’ business solution needs.
- Conduct site surveys with clients to familiarize them with the outlet layout.
- Prepare the client's system backend and hardware.
- Perform onsite hardware installation.
- Provide training to users on system operation.
- Offer support for clients during system go-live.
- Conduct project reviews with clients post-implementation.
Technical Support:
- Deliver timely support and resolutions for client inquiries and system issues.
- Replace faulty hardware as required.
- Participate in phone duty one week per month with a company allowance.
- Test new system features or fixes as needed.
- Develop documentation, manuals, and guides for end-users.
- Assess customers’ future needs and recommend best practices.
- Transition to Project Management or Pre-Sales roles once proficient with the company’s solutions.
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or higher is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge and experience with POS or delivery businesses are advantageous.
- A responsible, diplomatic individual with strong initiative and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle pressure and ambiguity.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is an added advantage.
