The SMB, Brand and Digital Management Specialist will report to the SMB Assistant Manager. His/her primary role is to provide analytical support to the SMB team, which are fundamental in deriving the overall APAC SMB strategy. He/she will also be supporting his/her team in implementing digital campaigns and initiatives to support the organizational objectives in Asia Pacific. Lastly, He/she will be an integral contact in managing the UPS Brand for the APAC region to ensure our brand is well represented.
Key Responsibilities
Analytical Support for SMB
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the SMB market segment including customer demographics, shipping patterns, and competitive landscape.
- Support team supervisor in developing and maintaining dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to SMBs not limited to customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, retention rates, and market share/ opportunity.
Management of Digital Channels and Execution of Paid Advertising Campaigns:
- Work with internal stakeholders to support the update and the development of content on ups.com.
- Responsible for banner calendar planning, creation of assets such as proposing imagery and copy writing for online banners.
- Report results to internal stakeholders and provide regular tracking and analysis of performance and actionable tactics to optimize channel performance.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across Product, Digital Engagement, Digital Experience and Go-to-Market teams to formulate and execute paid advertising campaigns that are aligned to the overall business objectives and achieve a positive ROI
- Responsible for reporting results and provide recommendation for channel optimisation periodically to internal stakeholders and leadership for campaign accountability.
- Act as a liaison support between Corporate-engaged vendor and local country teams in driving overall organizational objective and goals for Paid Search
- Track and manage budget for all digital campaigns including Paid Search, and Programmatic Display and Social Advertising
Brand Management:
- Serve as contact point for all brand requests in Asia Pacific and China (internal & external).
- Partner with Corp Brand and Legal teams to ensure gaps in brand approval process requested by Authorized Service Contractors (ASCs) / Authorised Shipping Outlet (ASO) / Authorized Subcontractors are promptly addressed according to business needs and adhere to branding guidelines.
- Act as an APAC Administrator to the Brand management system.
Job requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Communications or Marketing
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Marketing Communications or related field. Prior experience and knowledge in dealing with Logistics products and services will be advantageous.
- Candidates without experience but demonstrate right skill sets and aptitude may be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel, Access, PBI), Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
- Possess prior project and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage and track project development to ensure all timelines are met and hold functional stakeholders accountable for their responsibilities and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling advertising and/or banner copies
