- Process claims and invoices for approval.
- Process work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and insurance claims.
- Monitor work pass expiry.
- Application of driving and BDVL for foreign drivers.
- Process WICA claims, insurance and medical claims.
- Manage and coordinate on-boarding & off-boarding processes.
- Calculation of outstanding leave balance, claims and OT of resigning staff.
- Set up, schedule and coordinate interview sessions with candidates.
- Prepare employment agreements for successful candidates.
- Prepare certification letters.
- Update and track hiring status for reporting.
- Prepare monthly incentive/allowance list.
- Process foreign workers' levy and SDF payments.
Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma/Nitec Cert in Human Resource preferred.
· Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant human resources/administrative position.
· Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and HR software.
· Familiar using SAP.
· Strong knowledge of Employment Act, WICA, HR practices and policies.
· Can start work immediately.
