Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Director.
- Ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Assist the Director with ongoing projects and tasks by conducting research and preparing proposals.
- Support event management by researching and proposing creative event ideas, securing suitable venues, and coordinating logistics.
- Oversee technical and administrative aspects of restaurant operations, including coordinating with suppliers for air conditioning and building maintenance, managing email accounts, and setting up duty phones.
- Manage front desk operations by handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring smooth reception of deliveries and VIP guests.
- Maintain an efficient inventory system in the restaurant’s storage area, including receiving, organizing, and issuing supplies and personal protective equipment to staff.
- Prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
- Maintain clear and concise communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.
