Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Team Lead in Java & Microservices Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, experience with microservices architecture, experience and ability in leading a team with a passion for creating scalable and robust software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Java Developers
- Design, develop, and deploy microservices-based applications using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and implement solutions.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in microservices development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related frameworks.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous messaging.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
