We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant role to join Sequential team. The core functions of this role are to assist in the daily operation of the company. These functions include maintaining proper administration records of the lab and the company.
Key duties include:
- Monitor and inventory lab consumables.
- Order lab consumables and maintain proper accounting records.
- Executes payment for maintenance and other lab works.
- Compile and update lab and company inventory.
- Keeps records of contract documents and servicing reports
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties
Qualifications: ‘A’ level
Skills and Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant admin and/or HR experience.
