Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
- Provide quality customer service to customers over phone or email
- Co-ordinate with internal staff and ensure closure of all customer service calls/complaints.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
- Back-up Support order processing in software system
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Required language(s): Candidate must be fluent in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with mandarin speaking members and customers
- Familiar with accounting software is a plus point
- Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude.
- Meticulous and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills to liaise with people from all levels.
