Responsibilities :
- Prepare quotation & issue PO to suppliers & vendors
- Answering phone call, enquires and email from supplier
- Handle order processing and status
- Monitoring and review inventory
- Contact and liaise with suppliers for price negotiation
- Tracking order status, shipping coordination with supplier and ensure goods timely delivery
- Any ad-hoc administrative duties by supervisor
Requirements :
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
- 1-2 years relevant experiences will be added advantage
- Manufacturing & Engineering background will be advantage
