- Position Title: Branch Manager / General Manager
- Working Location: Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh) / Philippines (Manila)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Monday - Saturday
- Salary Package: Basic Salary Up to $5,000 + Rental Incentive + Variable Bonus + Accommodation & Company Transport Provided
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup of the new branch in the Country, including selecting office and workshop locations, ensuring all operational requirements are met, and overseeing the logistical aspects of the branch establishment.
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated startup sales team and a skilled workshop team, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Provide strong and effective leadership to the teams, setting clear objectives and expectations, and ensuring they are well-aligned with the company's goals.
- Oversee the daily operations, performance, and activities of the sales and workshop teams, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for the branch's growth and success.
- Manage the branch's financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure that all operations are in compliance with local regulations and company policies.

- Min. 3- 5 years of relevant experience (particularly in sales)
- Proven experience in establishing and managing branch operations, ideally in a related industry
- Proficiency in the local language will be a plus
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment
