We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize our cleaning operations for efficient and effective facility maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness in facility maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly and thoroughly.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and replenishment as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and ensure that cleaning standards are being met.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate facility maintenance activities and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facility maintenance management, with a focus on optimizing cleaning operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of cleaning staff.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and supplies, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Certification in facility management or a related field is preferred.
