Duration: 1 Year contract
Responsibilities :
- Support the HR management (HRM) functions which include, but are not limited to, recruitment and selection; rewards and benefits; staff information system; payroll, claims and billings processing.
- Review HR processes and procedures for greater effectiveness and efficiency
- Analyze HR data and generate insights to support strategic decision making
- Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations on key HR metrics, trends and workforce analytics; and
- Partner with operational divisions as HR Business Partner to enable Tote Board to meet our vision and mission.
Requirements :
- 3 years of working experience with relevant experience in HRM/Payroll, Business Partnership and Employee Engagement
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Detailed, Customer-centric, able to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Workday would be advantageous
