Job Scope
- Ensure NDT inspections (MT, UT & PT) are carried out timely and NDT inspection reports are filled up accordingly.
- Ensure incoming and in-process inspections are carried out timely and quality inspection reports are filled up accordingly.
- Ensure timely communication about the defects detected during inspections to the Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer, QHSE Manager/ MR, Production Supervisor, Machining Shop Manager and Production Manager.
- Review NDT (MT, UT & PT)/ quality inspection reports from external providers and perform verification of the results.
- Updating Senior Quality Engineer and QHSE Manager/ MR on the inspection status and update in Navision.
Requirement
- NITEC in Quality / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant discipline
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Inspector / NDT for drilling tools
- Possess NDT Level II certification in MT, UT & PT is a plus
