Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction works for building and construction or treatment process.
Manage field construction supervisors to ensure effective coordination and execution of tasks.
Plan and manage temporary works, ensuring all necessary safety and regulatory requirements are met.
Ensure construction and installation works are executed in accordance with contract specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in construction management to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Requirements:
Graduated in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years managing the construction of building and consraction process plant projects.
Demonstrated experience in planning and executing complex construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Experience with construction projects in Singapore or similar regions.
Familiarity with construction codes and standards.
