Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensures the financial health of an organization by overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial policies, overseeing accounts payable and receivable.
- Contribute to strategic planning by providing financial insights and supporting senior management with vital information.
- Coordinates with external auditors for annual audits and ensures tax compliance
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bookkeeping
- Unaudited financial statements
- Tax and GST matters: Computation of tax, Preparation of ECI, GST reconciliation, Filing of GST and Corporate Tax/Personal Income Tax
- Payroll tasks: CPF submission, Annual IR8A forms
- Application for work permit/S pass via MOM both new & renewal. Arrangement for medical checkup / insurance coverage / security bonds. Relevant required training course for upgrading of workers to skilled employees & submission of documents for funding Monthly Wages and FWL payment. Yearly wages review and appraisal
- Preparation of daily cash flow budget for Directors’ review
- Sourcing & interviewing for new and replacement position for all employees Monthly salaries payment & CPF contribution. Benefits review and updating – Annual Leave/Medical Leave/Welfare Yearly employees’ appraisal & increment recommendation
- Able to work various job location
- Good communication skill
- Ready to work after working hour if needed
- Ready to work public holiday,saturday,sunday (if needed)
QualificationsQualifications
.Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related professional field
.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
