Job Scope:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all phases of the project are completed on time.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively, including labour, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret mechanical and electrical designs, ensuring they meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and solutions to on-site issues and problems.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Oversee daily site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and delays.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets specified standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Report on project progress, issues, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring the project stays within budget.
- Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure all project activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct safety briefings and training for site personnel.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or any relevant Engineering Qualification
- Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be given
- Preferably to have relevant working experience in M&E construction
