Responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Recruitment support in posting job ads, schedule and coordinate job interviews.
- On/off boarding by preparing new hire paperwork.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, database, assist with day to day operations administrative
- Manage and support the team in every daily operational task needed.
- To assist each employee's monthly OT's and allowance (if any)
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
- Experience in on/off boarding, Work Pass, Recruitment, HR Payroll
- Familiar in Employment Act
- General admin support experience in HR corporate functions
