Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the market needs and opportunities for key accounts in assigned verticals.
- Determine the prevalent trends, dynamics, and market movements by analyzing customer needs.
- Develop sales proposals/tender documents.
- Execute sketch prototypes, visualizations and mock-ups for design development.
- Perform basic risk assessments.
- Ensure that operational policies, standards, and procedures are implemented.
- Perform administrative support for project management processes.
- Resolve customer relationship management conflicts.
- Analyze customer data and identify requirements to enhance customer relationships.
- Deploy logistics services that meet customer requirements.
- Propose ways to eliminate gaps and weaknesses in supply chain operations.
- Develop plans to implement innovative logistics solutions.
- Gather information on the latest technology trends.
- Review the latest technology trends for applications in logistics business.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional qualifications) in Logistics/Supply Chain
- Else, experience in sales and business development.
- Strong personal presence and credibility, complemented by excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
