Working Hours:
- Sun to Thur 8.30am to 5.45pm; Alt Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm; Rest Day Fri
- Mon to Fri, 0825 – 1745 Alt Saturdays: 0825 - 1230
Working Location: Changi Alps
Company Transport Provided :Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Punggol, Sengkang, Tampines, Tanah Merah.
Responsibilities:
- To handle all export / Import queries
- To liaise with shipper for collection arrangement and other export matters
- To liaise with sales and destination office for air approval and rates establishment
- To liaise with finance team, for shpt with COD payment or customer accounts that exceeded the credit limit.
- To liaise with Vendor Management to organize collection
- To liaise with the Air freight planner for flight schedule
- To liaise with import team for re-export shpt.
- To liaise with the permit department for all export permits application.
- To liaise with the warehouse team for cargo acceptance, release, cargo sorting, packing or any storage request etc etc.
- To liaise with external vendor for DG packing, crating job, fumigation, etc etc.
- To liaise with export operation team to provide shipping instructions.
- To assist Manager in managing the team’s daily operational issue/ queries
- To assist Manager on department projects
- To assist Manager on new account setup
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
- Experience in freight forwarding (Air Freight/ Import or Export)
