Responsibilities
- Assist the business development team in day to day operations
- Assist in coordinating marketing events and providing event site support
- Update and maintenance of information on corporate presentation materials and social media platforms
- Managing system for information, templates and necessary material for business development team
- Manage sales force system (data entry)
- Provide support in tracking of key deliverables, milestones and areas of improvement for ongoing projects and events
- Coordinating between inter-departments on various matters
- Scheduling appointments with clients and post-appointment follow-ups
- Sending regular updates to clients as required
- Manage enquiries and feedback that requires follow up and enquiries
- scheduling of appointments and follow-up.
- Help manage corporate introducers and referral program
- Assisting potential and current clients in lead up to visit and during actual visits
- Participate in cold calls and cold e-mails, in assisting business development team members
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or its equivalent with at least 2 years of marketing or events management experience
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in marketing campaigns
- Basic design skills and experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) - Advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (necessary)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationship with stakeholders
- Bilingual - Able to handle Chinese / Taiwanese market clients
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
