Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute programs consisting of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including project managers, to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor and track program progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management through regular updates and reports.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout program execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in program management, managing complex projects and programs across multiple teams and locations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including remote team members.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.
