Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise on our pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
- Assist customers with product selection, application optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support during the pre-sales and post-sales phases, including answering inquiries, resolving technical issues, and addressing customer concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product development and improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive products to provide relevant insights and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and seminars to promote our products and gather market intelligence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a technical or application engineering role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, processes, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
