Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Operations Coordinator.
Job Scope:
- Order processing, purchasing and shipment using ERP system.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery from suppliers and to customers.
- Liaise with warehouse, insurer, forwarder, and bank in preparing the goods for export with the required documents.
- Follow up with distributors for payment and shipment confirmation.
- Maintain record of orders and shipment.
- Prepare monthly sales turnover projection.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years relevant work experience with documentary credit transaction and export documentation.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
