Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Admin Executive.
Job Scope:
- Answer phones and emails from responding to emails in a professional manner.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Order and stock office supplies, keeping track of inventory, and ensuring that office equipment is functioning properly.
- Support the sales team by assisting with order processing, preparing sales reports, liaising with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, data entry, and reconciliation, and providing support to the manager as needed.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Prior experience as an admin, accounting, or related fields.
