Handle full spectrum of HR function
- Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes
- To assist in recruitment which includes job postings, schedule interviews
- Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contact, letter etc
- Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21
-Preparation of necessary presentation materials for meetings.
-Ensuring project deadlines are met.
-Determining and assisting in project changes.
-Providing administrative support when required.
-Undertaking project tasks as required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR or business related disciplines
- At least 5 years HR and payroll processing experience, Minimum 4 years of work experience in construction projects.
- Familiar with work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-pace environment, under minimal supervision
