We are seeking a Frontend Global Planning Strategic Manager to join our team at Micron. In this role, you will have the exceptional opportunity to lead a global planning team that supports frontend fabs in Asia and the US. Your main responsibility will be to develop the long-term strategic and capital plan for Frontend Fabs, collaborating with key partners to gain a deep understanding of market forecast, technology roadmaps, building timeline and other critical planning parameters. Success in implementing the long-term strategic plan will hinge on your ability to think strategically and communicate effectively

- Lead and coach a team to develop desired skills and achieve results.
- Create an environment where team members feel comfortable communicating barriers and concerns.
- Set ambitious goals, establish plans to achieve and monitor line of sight.
- Delivers results by encouraging teamwork and setting priorities.
- Conducts performance management and professional development of your team through clear expectations and accountability.
- Ensures succession plans are in place for all key positions.
Strategic Operations
- Provide analysis and optimization for long-term plans
- Provide planning and integration support for emerging projects around current capacity, merger and acquisition, and what-if scenario here required.
- Partner with Finance team to complete a thorough financial analysis for the options.
- Develop capital options to achieve fiscal year budget targets and demand.
- Integration of the long-term plans into mid-term business plan.
- Development of scenario modeling parameters and methodology to meet the excellence of cost, Gb and wafers out.
- Develop metrics to evaluate scenario options for recommendation and decision making
Communication and Collaboration
- Clearly articulate complex ideas and critical changes to leadership teams.
- Presents and explains data findings and provide recommendation/improvements to audiences at different levels.
- Establish trusting relationships across local and global partner groups to improve systems and business processes.
Job Requirement:

- Proven ability to drive multiple complex analyses to completion.
- Experience operating independently with a high degree of organization and control.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results cross muti-functional groups.
- Knowledge and practical application of statistics, data analysis, and problem solving.
- Proficiency in planning systems, applications, CoO and NPV tools and teamplates and Microsoft Office.
- Experience working collaboratively in diverse teams.
