Responsibilities:
- Develop Relationships with refineries to identify trading opportunities.
- Maintain Customer relationships and manage existing business, including contract flows
- Understand customer’s needs and develop solutions and strategies to address them effectively.
- Gain a detailed understanding of the Lithium supply chain, including identifying challenges and concerns of customers across the value chain.
- Acquire strong knowledge of the raw material value in use, and the production process of chemical products.
- Develop a deep understanding of the lithium raw material market and product market fundamentals, including trade flows.
- Act as a secondary support for the Senior Lithium Book Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and International Trade or a relavant major.
- At least 5 years of derivatives market experience in mineral commodities and 1 – 5 years of physical sales experience in commodities.
- Experience in the Lithium industry will be advantageous.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Strong work ethics, ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deals.
- Collaborates well with others and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented, systematic and organized.
