Responsibilities
- Provide sales and administrative support to sales team.
- Handling of sales enquiries.
- Manages shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies.
- Asist in sourcing materials, goods, products, and services.
- Prepare sales quotations and service reports.
- Keep track of timelines for submission and completion of sales reports.
- Prepare power point slides for presentation.
Requirements
- Min ITE. Open for no experience candidates.
- Proficient in MS office
- Confident & self-motivated with good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and manage work priorities in a pro-active and flexible manner.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Prior shipping experience is added advantage.
- Prior sales experience is added advantage.
