Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or any related study
- At least 3 years of working experience in related field
- Relevant working experience and a solid understanding of Accounting Matters
Responsibilities
- To supervise the accounting department within the organization.
- Track the accuracy of financial reports, budgets, expenditures, and revenue.
- Oversee the performance of accounting staff.
- Delegate tasks, track performance, and organize necessary training for staff development.
- Continuously improve and optimize financial workflows and Prepare budget and forecast reports
- To create reports for senior management to aid in decision-making.
- To help develop and implement financial policies and procedures and conduct audits.
