Min. 20-28 hr/week
(Shifts Between 6.30am to10.30pm)
Weekday $14/hr & Weekends $16/hr
Job Scope:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide ongoing support
- Process orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products or services
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Customer service oriented or possess call centre experience
- Able to commit 1 Year
