The Account Management and Recruitment Sales Executive _ IT Consulting leads VISEO sales efforts across the assigned territory and is responsible for growing and driving sales and expand our customer base.
The role is primarily that of a hunter, targeting new client prospects, and will include targeting growth in existing clients. Relationship management is a key facet of the role, with a focus on both direct sales efforts and indirect sales efforts achieved by building strong relationships with solution and technology partners
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients with their needs within your assigned industry or territory.
- Develop a deep understanding of client challenges and objectives to propose customized solutions.
- Conduct outreach through various channels (cold calling, email marketing, networking events) to generate new leads.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of your services. Source qualified candidates that match specific client requirements.
- Leveraging the pipe of the existing recruitment team.
- Participate in candidate interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Facilitate smooth communication and information flow between clients and the recruitment team
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Manage client expectations and proactively address any concerns or issues.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
Sales Performance and Growth:
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Actively participate in sales team activities and meetings.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales initiatives
Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any IT/Computer Science Discipline or Management
- Minimum 6 years’ experience with business development and sales within the IT Staffing Industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the staff augmentation industry and its benefits.
- Experience in SAP and/or Digital Technologies like Application Developments, Data Integration, Data, Web and Mobile Technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
