JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives at ULC English Language School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
As the Marketing Director, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our language programs and services. You will be responsible for crafting marketing materials, executing campaigns, and evaluating their effectiveness. Additionally, you will collaborate with department heads to align marketing strategies with organizational goals and contribute to enhancing our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our language programs and services.
- Create marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, digital content, and multimedia resources.
- Execute marketing campaigns across various channels to reach prospective students and stakeholders.
- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Collaborate with department heads to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering creativity and innovation in marketing approaches.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Cultivate partnerships and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including media, agencies, and community organizations.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate marketing outcomes and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the education or language services sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, content management, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
