Operations Support Officer @ Choa Chu Kang Street 64
Contract Period: From 1 August 2024 to 31 Dec 2025
Option to Extend: For a further period of 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 (at the company's discretion)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
· Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
· Fridays: 8.30am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:
- Preparation and verification of documents
- Management of records
- Compilation of statistics
- Drafting of correspondences
- Handling of calls and enquiries
- Management of students at sick bay
- Management of stationery and medical Inventory
- Candidate will be working in Yew Tee Primary School where the candidate will be exposed to administration in a variety of areas such as finance, Procurement, human resource, estate management and general administrationr
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Certificate in Office Skills, Certificate in Business Studies (Accounting) or Higher Nitec/Nitec in Office Skills, Accounting or Business related disciplines
- GCE “A” or “O’ level certificate or equivalent of ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations)
- ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5
- A team player with good communication skills
- Preferably with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in general administration and finance
