a) To handle and facilitate all administrative duties within the Institute
b) To handle membership, marketing, queries, class bookings and payments
c) To coordinate and propose courses, course materials and their relevant respective syllabus
d) To check and edit, if required to ensure relevant standards are provided by all trainers in their papers and presentations
e) To coordinate and ensure classes are properly organised and conducted
f) To assist in organising events, eg seminars/conferences/networking, etc
g) Handling/updating membership database
h) To conduct other ad-hoc administrative duties when required.
Job Requirements
1) Prefer 3-5 years relevant working experience. Mature candidate, fresh graduate may be considered.
2) ITE Higher NITEC / Diploma Levels / Degree holder may apply
3) 5 days work week - 9am to 6.30pm, must be able to work overtime from time to time.
4) Able to work on Saturday occasionally.
5) PC Literate - MS Office knowledge an advantage
