Main Responsibilities
- Be the main contact point for the APAC to questions/request/incident related to Salesforce applications.
- Be the business partner to the business stakeholders to advice the potential solution to a problem/requirement related to Salesforce applications.
- Administrating the APAC Salesforce user including new user creation, existing user permissions update, and user deactivation.
- Assists the APAC business stakeholder to communicate with the global development team to expedite the incident resolution.
- Provide detail explanation to the APAC business stakeholders when receive technical feedback from the global development team.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
- At least 3-5 years of Salesforce second support experience.
- Great stakeholder and timeline management.
- Experience in working with the development team that sits in different time zone and on the global level.
- Salesforce Administrative knowledge, preferably Salesforce Administrator Certified.
