Job Description:
- handles enquiries or requests from customers or the public
- receive visitors or members of the public who walk into our training centres to make enquiries on our products.
- provide advise to customers on course-related information and help with registration of courses.
- answer incoming phone calls, interact with customers, by email, or live chat.
- provide assistance with office reception functions e.g. answering phones, replying to correspondences, and greeting and assisting clients on their enquiries by diverting to the right department or personnel.
- help customers, learners in the centres, trainers/consultants to solve problems, which may include matters regarding class schedules, registration, transfer of classes, etc.
- Perform all registration administration matters
Job Requirements:
- PR/Singaporeans only
- Minimum O/N level
- At least 1-2 years of working experience preferably in Customer Service
- Work on 2 rotating shifts including weekend. Abel to work at our training centres in Hougang, Woodlands.
- Able to speak clearly, clarify and write simple correspondence to participants
- Competent in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic Internet skills (Email, internet Browser, Google Docs)
- Able to start work immediately
- Able to converse well in Chinese/Mandarin and English
