Sales Operations Coordinator
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be supporting sales activities in the General Trade channel:
Sales Operations
- Monitor and coordinate daily sales activities for portfolio of customers
- Establish and maintain constant communication and good relationships with buyers, procurement teams
- Work closely with Merchandising / Operations teams to ensure deliverables are met
- Handle and manage orders processing on a timely and efficient basis
- Plan and manage inventory and stocks levels, perform stock-taking on a scheduled basis
- Ensure timely deliveries by coordinating between internal and external parties
- Follow up with customers on sales, perform consultative selling based on results and promotions
- Liaise with Marketing on promotion matters, ensuring marketing collaterals are set-up accurately
- Handle returns, damaged products, ensuring appropriate responses and arrangements
- Manage adverse events / product complaints in accordance to SOPs
- Identify and gather market trends and information, to share intel with management and relevant stakeholders
- Assist in ad hoc projects
Administration
- Support business development through preparation of presentations, quotations, tenders, contracts and agreements
- Generate and present sales, pricing, promotions, inventory and operations-related reports
- Be main point of contact for customers, ensuring all correspondences and activities are documented and stored
- Ensure SOPs are adhered to, supporting regular audits and checks by internal departments and external auditors
- Liaise with internal Legal and Finance departments to ensure all contracts and agreements are in line with rules and regulations
- Upkeep and maintain all documents (hard-copy / soft-copy / online) related to Sales Operations
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experiences in a similar role
- Positive learning attitude
- Able to handle high volume of sales and SKUs
