Operations Support Officer
No 3, Bukit Batok St 34, Singapore 659322
Contract Period: From 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2026 (period of 2 years)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
· Mondays to Thursdays: 9.30am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
· Fridays: 10.00am to 7.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:
- Locking of the school in the evening.
- Provide logistic support for events such as carrying tables/chairs, etc
- Accompany contractors for defect works and opening doors
- Cleaning of rooms
- Clearing of waste bins
- Any other operational support required by Operations Manager
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Secondary school education.
- Physically fit and healthy.
- Able to multi-task.
- Ability to converse in English and inter-personal skills.
- Good team player.
- Able to work in a fast- paced environment where under pressure.
- Candidates preferably have at least 3 years’ experience working in a local environment.
