Job Description:
- General administrative duties
- Recruitment processes including pick up workers from airport and onboard centre.
- Work permit application, renewal and cancellation.
- Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory arrangement and attend to worker enquiry.
- Handle workers’ time sheet.
- Arrange and update employees' course and training records
- Government license application and renewal.
- Office equipment maintenance, pantry supplies & Order.
- Company event co-ordination
- Responsible for booking of air-ticket.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Be able to work over time.
