Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessment and provide intervention, including case management and counselling, and provide supervision to a team of youth workers.
- Direct the planning and implementation of new programme
- Analyze trends and needs of services and identify services for development in youth services
- Manage and develop volunteers management framework to sustain a growing community of regular and ad-hoc volunteers for youths programme
- Meet and engage with corporate and community partners to grow and strategize our network of community partners.
- Set strategic directions for the centres in accordance to the mission and vision.
- Formulate and develop strategic plans at the organisational level
- Ensure financial sustainability and outcomes of programmes
- Evaluate and research on impact outcome by participating in research to uplift professional practice and programme effectiveness
- Strategize workplan to achieve KPIs of the respective funding agencies (NCSS, MSF, AIC, etc)
- Undertake any other responsibilities and duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong practice leadership, experience in providing supervision and Programme leadership experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory and service planning capacity.
- Possess strong leadership, analytical, problem solving and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage various stakeholders.
