Responsibilities:
- Support in Pre-Sales & After-Sales
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects and the scope (carrying out purchases as required; monitor delivery status; activating production/ assembly works; reviewing deliverables prepared by Operations and Logistic Team before sending to clients; monitoring status of sample submissions and replacement returns)
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs & requirements
- Ensure project documents are complete, current and filed appropriately
- Attend site meetings and organize product mock-ups when required
- Minimise exposure and risks on projects by effectively applying methodology and enforcing project standards
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Electrical/Building & Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in building industry preferred
- Good spoken & written English
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Possess excellent interpersonal & communication/negotiation skills, initiative & resourceful
- Able to work independently & under pressure
